Description
This is a multi-part simulation in which participants are required to plan a project, to present their plan (and maybe amend it after feedback) and to implement the plan within a situation that reflects the ambiguity of the real world. It should be suitable for use within assessment or development centres, as part of a training programme or as a stand-alone event. The basis of the activity is a journey through a strange galaxy, from planet Homebase to planet Enernova. This unusual setting aims to test the ability of participants to work with uncertainty and to plan for the unexpected, just as in the real world when factors outside our control have an impact on work.
