They write about spirits on their website worldofspirits.com and regularly pen articles and features for a number of different publications, such as Whisky Magazine, Imbibe and the Evening Standard, as well as becoming judges for the World Whisky Awards and the prestigious I.W.S.C. awards. In the last two years, the duo have hosted over 250 whisky and other spirits tastings around the world from Japan to Lithuania. Their first book, Distilled, won the Fortnum & Mason award for Drinks Book of the Year in 2015. Joel is currently appearing on Channel 4's 'Tried and Tested' as the spirits expert with Michael Roux Jr.
