CESMM 3 Price Database 1996/7

This work is a standard source of price information for the civil engineering industry, including over 25,000 labour, plant and materials prices. It contains all British Standard code numbers which have been reviewed, many of which have been updated to the new European Standard (BSEN), and covers all sectors of civil engineering activity listed in accordance with the CESMM3 codes against each price. The book shows downward as well as upward movement in price, reflecting the current financial fluctuations of the industry and contains an approximate estimating section for preparing comparative costings on outline designs. A comprehensive list of plant hire rates broken down by hire charges, consumables, operator cost and fuel, with details of output rates, is also included.
