Colin Harbury is Emeritus Professor of Economics at City University in London. Richard Lipsey is Professor Emeritus of Economics at Simon Fraser University in Victoria, British Columbia, and Fellow at the Economic Growth and Policy Program at the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research. He has authored numerous texts, including An Introduction to Positive Economics, 9e w/Alec Chrystal (OUP, 1999) and Economics: An Introductory Analysis, 12e w/C. Ragan (Addison-Wesley, 1999).
