The story begins with the Anunnaki, ancient rulers who appoint 20 individuals (10 men and 10 women) as The Tyrants to govern the world. The men are given crowns, and the women are given rings, both imbued with powers of healing and destruction. Over time, the women split from The Tyrants and form their own group, The Royals, leading to conflict between the two factions.
On May 3, 2020, The Tyrants manipulate the government into allowing the extermination of The Royals. The Royal Palace is attacked, resulting in the deaths of 2,000 people. The Tyrants claim the rings were destroyed, but some Royals survive and go into hiding.
The story explores themes of power, betrayal, vengeance, and survival, as The Royals fight to protect their legacy and resist The Tyrants' oppressive rule.
