Mary Engel Hall grew up in the scenic lakeside town of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She currently spends most of her time in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, two sons, and their dog Maple. They will forever love returning home to Coeur d'Alene in the summertime and as much as possible in between. Mary earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University and enjoys doing non-profit work. When she is not holding down the household or figuring out how to complete a renovation project, Mary can be found outside hiking, riding a bike, exploring the outdoors on a motorcycle with her boys, attempting to learn to play the bass guitar, or quietly sipping a cup of coffee and writing random musings. This is the first one she has chosen to share.
