The Book of Syntactic Questions

Some have a talent for asking questions, some have a talent for answering them. We tend to restlessly thrust answers upon our scientific community. But more often than not questions would have been even more welcome. Why not share questions? The editors of this innovative volume will establish that it is possible to do in linguistics what David Hilbert dared to do for mathematics with his famous 23 problems in 1900. In order to do this, the editors will draw together 100 questions from the best linguists across the globe focused specifically on unanswered questions in syntactic research.
