Geography into Practice

The "Longman Teacher Guidelines" aim to offer practical books of real help to the teacher. The theory of official National Curriculum documents is unravelled and put into practice in the classroom. The books focus on course work and on the needs of teachers, on planning and on continuity across the key stages. The books are based on the real experience of teachers in the classroom and should provide help for National Curriculum organization and guidance. They should also help to build on current practice, resources and expertise. Techniques are given for classroom observation to meet National Curriculum appraisal demands.
