Frank Habermann is a German writer and professor. Born in 1968, Frank spent the first stage of his life with playing football. He made it to Germany's National Youth Team ("Under 16"), enjoyed the playful competition, and learned a lot about group dynamics. In the following years, he studied business, got into organizational learning, became a consultant, manager, and entrepreneur (in this sequence), and had a hell of fun with an awesome crowd of highly passionate people. In 2013, Frank co-founded "Over the Fence" (overthefence.com.de), an international open-source community for "people in projects". Frank Habermann's work has been awarded with a variety of prizes. Frank works and lives in Berlin.

Karen Schmidt is a German entrepreneur, speaker, and consultant. Karen's working life started with founding a marketing agency at the age of 19 with an artist friend of her. She studied business education and worked with project teams and C-level executives in countries all over Europe. By leading more than 40 complex projects in very different organizations, Karen learned collaboration and leadership from the inside out. Today, Karen's mission is helping diverse teams to work with courage, trust, and creativity to achieve outstanding results. Following this mission, Karen co-founded "Over the Fence" (overthefence.com.de), an open-source community for helping "people in projects".
