Description
This is the fifth and final volume in the scholarly series, and is devoted to key New Testament texts from the Gospels, Acts, Ephesians, Hebrews and Revelation. In dialogue with six eco-justice principles, scholars from four continents seek to attune their ear to the Earth. In doing so they recognise that it is not enough to isolate "earth-friendly" passages in the Bible and reflect on them. We must also have the courage to recognise that the biblical tradition itself is implicated in the self-justification for our destruction of creation.
