Part Two consists of separate chapters on the countries in the region to allow comparisons to be made and conclusions drawn. The "contributors" include Romani scholars such as Nicolae Gheorghe, Ian Hancock and Valdemar Kalinin and specialists such as Thomas Acton, Alaina Lemon, Michael Stewart and Donald Kenrick.
