Professor Jen Gupta is an astrophysicist, science communicator and self-proclaimed professional space nerd. She is a Professor of Astronomy Public Engagement in the Institute of Cosmology and Gravitation at the University of Portsmouth, where she works to make physics and astronomy more accessible to the wider world. As a presenter she has featured in the PBS NOVA series The Solar System and Universe Revealed, and co-presented the BBC Radio 4 show Stranger Than Sci-Fi, as well as regularly appearing on TV and radio to talk about astronomy and science. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, exploring the countryside with her dog, reading fantasy novels and listening to emo music.
Ola Szpunar (Illustrator)
Ola Szpunar is an illustrator based in Gdansk, Poland. In addition to graduating with master's degree from Art Academy in Gdansk, she attended Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Antwerp and studied book design in Warsaw, Poland. Ola has run an independent illustration studio since 2017, focusing on children's books, editorial illustrations and textile design. Ola's work is colourful, full of light, detailed and atmospheric. Ola also makes playful and delicate ceramics under her brand, Clai.
