Dr. Anish Gupta is a distinguished cardiac surgeon with extensive experience in clinical practice, research, and education. He completed his advanced training in cardiac surgery with an MCh degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. He further strengthened his expertise by earning MEBCTS (Cardiac) and FEBCTS (Congenital Heart Surgery) qualifications from the European Board of Cardiothoracic Surgeons in Windsor, UK. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the European Association of Cardiothoracic Surgeons. Dr. Gupta brings vast experience and a wide spectrum of expertise in pediatric cardiac surgery, aortic surgery, coronary artery surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, VATS, vascular surgery, and heart-lung transplantation. Notably, he established the pediatric cardiac surgery and aortic surgery programs at AIIMS Rishikesh. He has authored more than 70 national and international publications in leading medical journals, spanning a broad spectrum of cardiovascular and thoracic surgery topics. He has also produced multiple video tutorials featured on platforms such as CTSNet and MMCTS. His academic achievements include the CS Sadasivam Gold Medal for outstanding performance in cardiac surgery. He serves as a reviewer for several international medical journals and as an editor of a reputed cardiovascular and thoracic surgery journal.
Mr Dharm Chand Saini is a dedicated and experienced nursing professional. He completed his B.Sc. Nursing from Jai Durga College of Nursing under Rajasthan University of Health Science, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, in 2013. Mr. Saini began his career at Medanta the Medicity Multi Super Speciality Hospital in Gurgaon, Haryana, where he worked as a staff nurse in the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery Operation Theatre (CTVS OT) from 2013 to 2014. During this time, he gained significant training and experience in CTVS OT. He then served as a nursing tutor and clinical instructor at Bhagwan Mahaveer Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (B.M.C.H.R.C.) College of Nursing in Jaipur from January 21, 2015, to February 19, 2019. Since February 20, 2019, Mr. Saini has been a nursing officer in charge of the CTVS OT at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
Dr Bhavna Gupta is an accomplished anesthesiologist, academician, researcher, and healthcare leader, currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Rishikesh. A gold medalist from Lady Hardinge Medical College and Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, she also holds an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management with Distinction and a PGDHM with gold medal honors. She has extensive experience in perioperative medicine, critical care, patient safety, medical education, and clinical research. She has authored numerous scientific publications and book chapters, with special interests in ethical research, evidence-based practice, mentorship, and the integration of artificial intelligence into healthcare, medical research, and perioperative decision-making.
