Dr. Ajay Kumar Gupta is Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Allahabad Degree College, University of Allahabad, India. He earned his Ph.D. from M.M.M. University of Technology, Gorakhpur, specializing in spatio-temporal databases, location-based services, and mobile distributed systems. With 28 publications in reputed journals and conferences, serves as a reviewer for multiple international publishers. Dr. Gupta advocates for ethical research practices. Dr. Udai Shanker, Professor at M.M.M. University of Technology, Gorakhpur, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee. A respected academic and researcher, he has authored 119 papers and contributed significantly to real-time and distributed database systems. He serves on editorial boards of nine international journals and is recognized for his impactful teaching and research in distributed real-time databases and grid databases. Dr. Vijayalakshmi Saravanan is Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Tyler and visiting faculty at Brookhaven National Lab. She earned her Ph.D. through the Erasmus Mundus EU-Government Fellowship and has held postdoctoral positions at the University at Buffalo and University of Waterloo. Her research spans HPC, AI, machine learning, and power-aware processor design. She has received numerous awards, including a $750,000 DOE FAIR grant, and actively contributes as an editor and leader in IEEE, ACM, and other professional organizations. Sanjay Kumar is a Manager at Concentrix in Atlanta, GA. Previously, he served as a Technical/Project Lead at HCL America Inc. and was a core team member of a pilot batch. He has over 12 years of solid IT experience in ASM, DevOps, Configuration Management, Infrastructure, Production Support, and Operations Leadership, primarily supporting telecom client T-Mobile Inc., USA, through various vendors. He leads multiple technical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while meeting business requirements. His project experience includes web applications (TMO, MYMTO, Ebill, WPC, Product Catalog, Epiphany, etc.), retail applications (POS, mPOS, EIP, QV, QVXP, TESA, Vertex, Watson, Watson Admin, TOM/DASH, TAP, TBC, B2B), care applications (Streamline, Care), and order management OMNI applications, coordinating with third-party vendors such as Vesta, Apple, and IBM in partnership with T-Mobile. He is experienced in service delivery, managing external managed service providers, evaluating service delivery reports, and performing weekly analyses covering SLAs and overdue issues. His certifications include SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (2020), SAFe (R) 4 DevOps Practitioner (2019), ITIL V3 Foundation (2014), and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) (2009).
