After graduating in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from St. John's College, Oxford, he worked briefly in criminal law, before joining Civitas in June 2006, where he has worked on European issues and health policy. His previous publications on health include 'Just how well are we?', 'Why are we waiting?' and 'Why the NHS is the sick man of Europe'.Grace Li is currently a clinical medical student at Balliol College, Oxford. She previously studied International Health Policy at the London School of Economics and has experience of working in public affairs.
