Aniela Grundy was formerly Head of the East European language centre at University College London, UK. She is a contributor to a number of online Polish-language teaching projects developed under the EU Leonardo da Vinci programme, such as Culpolang and Commpact. Oscar E. Swan is a Professor of Slavic Languages and Literatures at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. He is the author of numerous articles and textbooks on Russian and Polish linguistics and pedagogy, and on Polish culture and cultural history-most recently A Kaleidoscope of Polish History and Culture.
