Wickwillow

Set in downtown Ottawa, Cordelia Wickwillow owns a quaint flower shop, not entirely a front, but a good cover for her other business. Her customers, however, are completely unaware of the kind of work that actually pays the bills. One spring morning, a stranger enters her shop in a panic, and the chain of events they spark cannot be undone. With nowhere to go, Jules accepts Cori's invitation to stay, agreeing to work both in the flower shop, and help with supernatural jobs. While solving paranormal cases, Cori teaches her apprentice about the secret world, as her own best kept mysteries begin to unfurl. Forced to confront her past and the trauma accompanying it, Cori struggles to keep hold of the fragile walls she's held up for almost a decade. With Jules, she's given a fresh perspective, and the support she needed. After several cases, and the introduction of various characters, Cori must finally face her demons, but she won't have to do it alone. With Jules and Manny, their companion kobold, the trio face the beast of the Everwoods and delve deeper into the mysteries of Wickwillow.
