Todd Groff is a Consultant with IBM's Business Consulting Services, having worked in high technology industries for over 15 years. He is responsible for the identification of information access, retrieval and distribution needs while leading a consulting team in the design, implementation and integration of systems. Recent client work involves developing and applying KM tools and processes to both backend administration and critical line of business functions.
