Enjoyment of Food

This volume contains recipes and extracts from books and articles by Jane Grigson, including sections from the books "The Mushroom Feast", "Food with the Famous", "The Vegetable Book" and "The Fruit Book" as well as articles from "The Observer Colour Magazine". The book is split into sections covering such topics as at home in England, at home in France and treats and celebrations. The compilation has been prepared by Roy Fullick, a trustee of the Jane Grigson Memorial Fund.
