How the Dead Live

In Greenberg's stories death disguised as a Rabbi gets caught in a traffic jam. Meanwhile, elsewhere in the city characters buried deep in their own lives struggle with whatever tools come to hand, despair, humour, confrontation, acceptance, to carve out a little underground space where they can breathe and survive.
