Dr Mark W. Green is the Emeritus Director of Headache and Pain Medicine and Professor of Neurology, Anesthesiology, and Rehabilitation Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, where he is also the Vice-Chair of Neurology for Professional Development and Alumni Relations. He is certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, where he is a Fellow, and in Headache Medicine through the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties. He was one of the founding editors of CEPHALAGIA, the international headache journal, and he also served as the Associate Editor of HEADACHE, the journal of the American Headache Society. In addition, he has published several textbooks on the subject, and is the President of the World Headache Society.Dr Robert Kaniecki is the Director of the Headache Center, Chief of the Headache Division, and Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He also serves as the Director of the Headache Fellowship Program and Assistant Director of the Neurology Residency Program at this institution. His clinical experience in the field of headache medicine dates back 30 years, and he has authored over 40 articles and book chapters on the subject.
