An opera in (almost) one act, "Cellar Door" features some ten characters on the fringes of a variety of practices, disciplines, and areas of knowledge. Together they conjure up the outlines of a unique aesthetic production which includes pyrotechnics, geodesic domes, and bubbles of black champagne.
