What is missing from the post is: For my book, I chose to direct the creation of illustrations using AI tools because, as an independent/self-published author, commissioning a full set of professional illustrations wasn't financially feasible. The heart of the book-the story, the messages, the love for young readers-remains 100% human and mine.
