Whenever the sea creatures get washed up, and on whatever shore, (for this can be a different shore every time the tide turns) Crusty claims the champion rock pool for himself. But when Stumpy convinces Crusty that his rock pool is worth keeping, the Selfish Shellfish realises he cannot battle against the tide by himself. Will the other sea creatures agree to help?

She began writing poetry and short stories when her own children were young and has since studied Children's Literature, achieved BA (hons) Literature, first class, through the Open University and MA Professional Writing at Falmouth University. She is currently studying Makaton sign-language and is a volunteer with Special Olympics Cornwall. Grandma Paint Pot's writing is inspired by nature and nurture.
