Strabismus Management

This book takes the topic of strabismus and divides it into concise chapters concerning many different strabismus problems. The book is organized according to horizontal, vertical, paralytic and restrictive aetiologies. Under each section, a number of chapters discuss various entities, e.g. third nerve palsy, sixth nerve palsy. The first several chapters deal with general issues of concern to strabismus surgeons, including regarding refraction and amblyopia management.
