An Atlas of Ultrasound Colour Flow Imaging

This atlas reviews the basic physics and artifacts of colour ultrasound imaging and provides multiple images with appropriate descriptions of the many current uses of this modality. Its use in treatment, including the compression of pseudoaneurisms and visualization of needles, is documented. Further uses, including the advantages of ultrasound contrast agents in enhancing colour ultrasound imaging, are also included.
