Mortgage Lending, Racial Discrimination and Federal Policy

This volume represents the outcome of a May 1993 US HUD conference. It seeks to answer two questions "What evidence is there of discrimination by mortgage lenders?" and "If discrimination is occurring, how powerful and significant a force is it?". Evidence is presented using statistical research.
