Description
In this book, the latest developments in multiparticle production are examined in a fruitful dialog between experiment and theory. Correlation and fluctuation phenomena in high energy collisions, physics from experiments at Hera and Fermilab, and recent results from heavy ion collisions are discussed; multiplicity and inclusive distributions are reviewed, with emphasis on new results from LEP and Tevatron. The analyses are performed both in terms of phenomenological models and in the framework of QCD.
