Reviews / Votes
"Gill's book is a basic primer for managers who are highly motivated to create a vibrant culture of learning. Gill does and excellent job of summarizing research regarding the elements of successful instructor led training activities. The importance of Gill's book is that it clearly conceptualizes "learning culture" and offers straightforward approaches to moving toward this goal." -- Dee WilsonMore details
