Characterization of PAMAM Dendrimers

Potted seeds have strengthened the roots and had started to give fruits. Even though dendritic polymers only have a short history of nearly three decades, but dendritic polymers have proved themselves to be promising material. These encouraging results provide further impetus to design, synthesize, and evaluate dendritic polymers for use in basic drug delivery studies and eventually in the clinic.Studies based on dendritic polymer opened up new avenues of research into the further development of drug-dendrimer complexes specific for a cancer and/or targeted drug delivery.
