Description
This study of the psychology of delusions critically discusses the concept and reviews the reference literature available. A new model of delusional reasoning is presented, derived from experimental studies, that emphasizes the variety of factors which play a role in the development of delusions (such as biased reasoning, abnormal experience, disturbed emotions) and offers new possibilities for psychological therapy.
