Rachel MacCleery is senior vice president for content at the Urban Land Institute where she leads the Infrastructure Initiative, as well as the Building Healthy Places Initiative. She is a frequent speaker and writer on infrastructure topics. Sara Hammerschmidt is an associate at the Urban Land Institute, supporting the Building Healthy Places Initiative and the Infrastructure Initiative. Sara holds a master's degree in community and regional planning from the University of Texas and is currently a PhD candidate researching how planning departments throughout the country are incorporating public health considerations into their work.
