Jamie has been growing his amazing collection of much-loved traditional tales and fairy tales since he was small. Now that he is a grown up, and writes tales of his own, he is still influenced by the many illustrated books that transported him when he was very young. Jamie lives in a magical, quiet corner of the English countryside with his energetic dogs and inquisitive cats. Kimberley Barnes is a UK based illustrator with a degree in Illustration from the University of Lincoln. Originally from the Isle of Wight she now lives in Lincoln. Her love of drawing has lead her onto a career in children's illustration, as she loves to relive her childhood through the stories that she creates and works with. She will normally be found in her studio with a pencil in one hand and a cup of tea in the other and is partial to the odd biscuit or two.
