The Consequences of the Russia-Ukraine War

This volume presents findings from a series of RAND reports examining the Russia-Ukraine War's consequences and identifies cross-cutting implications for U.S. policymakers. The authors employed a threefold approach: They surveyed historical wars with similar characteristics; identified the changes that have occurred as a result of the war; and highlighted future events or changes that could alter current trends as the war progresses.
