Carlos Francisco has spent over two decades leading security teams at some of the largest corporations in the world, including Walt Disney World Resort, Amazon, and Facebook, as well as at major international events such as Super Bowl 50, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, World-Class Marathons, and many more.
Carlos holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Security Management certificate from the University of Central Florida, as well as a masters' degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from American Military University. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and holds a certificate for Infrastructure Protection from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Carlos is often a guest speaker for student organizations, criminal justice courses, youth, and student conferences, and he hosts a security podcast, The Corporate Security Translator.
When he's not working, Carlos volunteers his time as a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters and contributes to his community at Second Harvest, Junior Achievement, and Habitat for Humanity. He loves to spend time with his family, especially his son Jax.
