Executive Decisions: Pack

This course provides case studies and communication skills training for business students at upper intermediate-advanced level to practise key business communcation skills in a realistic context. The communication skills units can be used separately or as a preliminary training course. The book is an a photocopiable A4 format which minimizes preparation time and it contains interleaved students' and teacher's pages for ease of reference, with detailed notes on each stage. There are alternative routes available through each case study, allowing teachers to tailor the case to the specific needs of the class. In addition, there are simulations which allow students to express their own views, rather than role-playing those of others.
