Fitness Fun

The 85 games and activities in this book will help teachers maximise fitness in their students and find activities that children will enjoy. Fitness Fun is a resource for physical education specialists who teach kindergarten to early secondary children, as well as classroom teachers, programme directors, and recreation specialists. Each field-tested activity in Fitness Fun helps students develop one or more fitness components: Cardiorespiratory fitness, Muscular Strength, Muscular endurance, Flexibility.
