Description
The Return To Innocence is a powerful drama set against the harsh and turbulent background of prejudice gang distinction in the ghetto streets of Los Angeles. It is a story of redemtion and the desire to achieve dreams. Young mechanic Jerome Forlane falls deeply in love with Charmaine Lewis the daughter of gospel church going parents. Their love unites them however the streets threaten to stand in their way. Jerome is sent to prison for a rushed and regrettable favour and charmaine enters a talent contest organised by a local radio station and wins. It is a great coincidence that Charmaines first debut single comes out in the shops on the same day as erome is released from prison. They are again united in better circumstances and the story on how they communicate via letters and radio is magical.
