The Highway to God

Produced by the Marquette University Institute of Catechetical Research under the editorship of Edward A. Fitzpatrick in the 1930's, the Highway to Heaven series of Religion textbooks is a breath of fresh air. Unashamed love of the Catholic Faith is evident on every page. The Highway to God is the student text for both 7th and 8th grade. It covers the entire Baltimore Catechism. The teacher's guide for this book is called Practical Problems in Religion. It contains suggested answers to the discussion questions found in this textbook, which serve to help the student apply the lessons of the Catechism to real-life situations.
