Performance Appraisals

This work explains the benefits of developing a performance appraisal scheme and shows how to prepare appraisal interviews, set performance objectives, conduct an appraisal interview and follow-up reviews. It uses case histories to provide tips on implementing and monitoring an appraisal system.
