Anne Fine has won the Smarties Book Prize, the Guardian Children's Fiction Award and the Carnegie Medal (twice), and has twice been voted Children's Author of the Year. Her books include The Haunting of Pip Parker (978-1-4063-0615-6), How to Cross the Road and Not Turn Into a Pizza (978-0-7445-9034-0), Care of Henry (978-1-84428-149-7) and Nag Club (978-1-84428-940-0). She lives in County Durham. Katharine McEwen is the illustrator of the award-winning Gaskitts series by Allan Ahlberg, as well as numerous other picture books. She lives in Kent.
