Author
Jonathan Ferrar is a consultant, speaker, author and business advisor in HR strategy, workforce analytics and the future of work. Previously, he worked for more than 25 years in corporate business (most recently IBM) in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
David Green is a speaker, advisor and executive consultant on people analytics, data-driven HR and the future of work. Prior to launching his own consultancy, he was the Global Director of People Analytics Solutions at IBM Watson Talent. In 2023 he was named as one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers by HR Magazine.
