Cheiro was renowned as the greatest seer of modern times; the best palmist ever known, mixing with the good and the great of high society. He was at the height of his fame when the press dubbed him 'Cheiro the Wonderful' and pronounced him a living genius. And Cheiro was gorgeous. Men and women swooned in his presence. Stunningly handsome and filled with charisma, he never turned down an adventure. Inventing a persona suited for greatness, he told tales about being in places he'd never visited and of spending time with people he'd never met. And yet, some of his wilder claims were true. For decades, everyone had heard of Cheiro. He was one of the first modern celebrities. Even today he's still revered in some circles, and his books have continued to sell for over a century. But Cheiro's true story has not been told. Until now.
