This groundbreaking textbook provides an integrative perspective of diversity, equity and inclusion in business management which is taking the reader beyond the wide-spread mantra 'diversity is a fact - inclusion an act' to a more holistic understanding of successful leadership. It equips our students as future leaders with the knowledge and strategies to embrace and champion diversity, equity and inclusion in their leadership and by that to create and shape a modern, innovative and resilient workplace where all can thrive and grow to show their best. -- Proffessor Dr Stefan Krummaker As a practitioner I am excited to see this essential reading for students in business and management. This groundbreaking book offers a critical lens on DEI, blending theory with practical insights. Richly supported by case studies and pedagogical tools, it closes a knowledge gap and will inform and empower future leaders to drive transformative change in their fields. -- Sarah GuerraMore details
