After a 6-month US road trip from 2012-13, on their return to the UK they realised their dream of setting up Hang Fire Southern Kitchen which won 'Best Street Food' at the BBC's Food and Farming Award 2015 and 'Best Restaurant' at the OFM Awards 2018.
