Phil Evans (Phil the Physio) is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over twenty years' experience helping people over fifty move better, get stronger, and stay independent. He began his career in elite sport, working with professional and Olympic athletes, before specialising in helping people stay active and confident - without relying on painkillers. Seeing how many people over fifty were being told simply to live with pain, often with no clear plan beyond medication, he founded Urban Body, which combines evidence based physiotherapy with advanced rehab to help people take control of their health.
