The Set-up

Charles Black, recently retired Chairman of the US Federal Reserve Board, is the victim of an elaborate set-up that implicates him in a massive fraud. With his wife Sally and a mysterious stranger who has offered to help, he sets off on a dangerous journey to expose the conspirators.
