The ICE Design and Construct Conditions of Contract has been developed from the ICE Conditions of Contract 6th Edition by the Conditions of Contract Standing Joint Committee - CCSJC), to meet a widely felt need in the construction industry for use over the whole range of design and construct situations. Notwithstanding its origins, this contract is not a version of the ICE 6th with selected modifications, but is a form of contract in its own right geared to meet the needs of today's construction industry.
