Written to be kept on the desk rather than the bookshelf, it provides comprehensive 'just-in-time' guidance for the busy practitioner. The first section serves as orientation to contemporary best practice for the experienced web manager as well as induction for those new to the post. The remaining sections catalogue models, issues and risks organised to allow the right entry to be quickly located and used.
