Tracy is a retired business owner who spent over two decades executing, consulting and training in database marketing. He served one decade as a state representative and over two decades on the town's planning board. He has been the moderator of his Congregational church for almost four decades. He has two children and five grandchildren. Just a citizen seeking to make the world a better place.
